Members of my family had four rooms. I and my husband checked in to a King Accessible Room. First, there was NO place to hang clothes. I, finally, went to the desk to ask where I was supposed to hang my clothes. The very considerate agent apologized and explained that the armoire in that room had fallen apart and apparently they had not replaced it. She brought us a portable hanging rack. Secondly, while checking out the walk-in shower, which was VERY small that you could not stand in it with the bench down, I noticed that there was NO toilet paper...... so back down to the desk to get two rolls. Next ..... if you want a "hot" breakfast, go else where. Their breakfast consisted of HARD biscuits and gravy or a waffle. I have no complaints about the staff. They were very nice and helpful. We, and several of my family, have stayed at this motel MANY times but for almost $100 per night........ NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The rooms were not very clean and the floors were very sticky. Also it was very noisy too. Other than that it was a ok stay.

It was awesome I can't complain it was very clean people was nice the rooms were clean had a real good time and I dreamed myself and I will come back again and again and again I would recommend my friends and family and anybody else that wants to go the owner was awesome they got real nice

The hot tub could have been a little bit hotter and the bananas a little bit fresher. L O L but overall the place very nice very clean very nice people hope to come back. I stayed in room 107 close to the office easy access to the front what I requested, The short little blonde lady working in the front was very nice very helpful very knowledgeable of the area and the hotel. Wanted to say thank you for her services. When I stayed for two days. Also, the gentleman was very effective. I’m making sure I was comfortable great place to stay.

This hotel does not meet expectations of a Wyndham Americinn property. Lack of cleanliness, outdated, nosey air-conditioning, slow drains. Bed ok. Pool area lack of cleanliness, insufficient chlorine, cold pool and at best lukewarm hottub. Breakfast mediocre, intolerable coffee and juice. Oriental cooking odors throughout the hallway.

room would not lock. Told front desk and she was very kind. tried to fix it but it wouldn’t fix. we were together in 2 rooms together . she offered for us to move to another room but understood we were together. with another room- next door , so a refund was offered. she said it would be no problem she would message the manager. Next day at check out new lady was extremely rude . argumentative. i was promised a partial refund that was not given. hot tub was luke warm . Only 1 person at the front desk. had to ask for towels for the pool.

Awful.. The Hot tub was green with algae(green slime floated by while sitting in it). The pool water smelled like old/stinky water. Like no chemicals were used. The purpose of staying at this hotel was my family could swim and relax. Obviously that did not happen. The pool/hot tub area was so cold at one point, the pool door was left open so heat from the lobby would go in there. The fitness room contains one elliptical and one treadmill that are so close together that 2 people working out would be almost impossible. The hotel rooms were so cold upon check in, we had to turn the heat way up and wait to take our jackets off. The "big" breakfast contained one waffle maker and biscuits and gravy. There was a handful of pastries and cold cereal. The bathtub was brown/dirty and so was the sink. This place was just gross. A true disappointment. I will not stay at this place ever again. Wyndham you should be ashamed to have your name associated with this place,

Made a reservation through Wyndham to stay at this location and right before we planned to be there the hotel called us and said they had given our room to another guest and canceled our reservation, then hung up the phone. We called back and were told basically, tough luck! Explain that to four kids aged 9- under.I used to think this was a decent place to stay and have had several parties in their pool party room- but never again will I also spend my $$ there!

The bathroom & shower/tub were filled with long black hair. Keep in mind I have short blond hair. I brought this to their attention when checking out & they muttered sorry about that. Also I could not understand the front desk attendant. I had to have him repeat himself 3 times.
